BALLOON IN A BOX

 

All balloons are sent using a Royal Mail "Special Delivery".

A nationwide guaranteed next working day by 1. p.m., with 99% of the balloons dispatched using this service arriving the next day (Monday to Friday) to the majority of the UK.

 

The service offers your money back if no attempted delivery is made by the Royal Mail on the day selected by you. Saturdays are available but the Royal Mail does not guarantee it (95% arrive on time). If the gift has to be there on Saturday please order for delivery on Friday. Latest order time for next day delivery is 2.00 p.m. (if you call us we may be able to extend this.)

 

The only Sunday deliveries are local deliveries which is a 10 mile radius of Ledbury in Herefordshire.

 

If you wish to send a balloon to remote parts of Scotland or some of the remoter parts of the Channel Islands then please check the delivery period to these places, as it can take a day or two to reach these parts of the UK

GUARANTEE

If the balloon does not arrive on the correct day sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, we will refund your money in full, that is how confident we are with the service, (Saturday, Sundays and industrial action excluded). Also if the balloon is damaged or faulty we will give you a full refund. We try to always have the full range of balloons (and more) in the studio, however at peak times we may have to substitute the chosen balloon with an appropriate alternative.

Conditions of Sales & Terms of Business Conditions

 

·        In the context of terms and conditions:

·        Seller' means Airobics Design

·        Buyer' means any customer (purchasing goods from the Seller):

 

Payment

 

·        The Buyer shall pay in full for all goods purchased from the Seller, by Credit Card, Debit Card or Switch for web sales

 

Return of Goods

 

·        All goods must be examined by the Buyer on delivery or collection.

·        Any damage to the goods shall be deemed to have occurred after purchase unless the Buyer proves to the contrary.

·        No claim in respect of the goods may be made by the Buyer if the goods have been mixed by the Buyer with other goods or materials (whether or not sold by the Seller).

 

Price Variations

 

·        The Seller shall be entitled to adjust the purchase price of the goods whether before or after the making of a quotation for the goods. In the event of any variation in the cost to the Seller from the supplier.

 

Specification Alterations

 

·        The Seller reserves the right to alter the specifications of any goods without prior reference to the Buyer provided that the goods comply with the requirements of the Buyer.

 

Sub-Standard Goods

 

·        Any goods sold as sub-standard or 'seconds' shall be accepted by the Buyer in their actual state and condition. No warranty whether expressed or implied by the applicable rule of the law will apply thereto.

 

Delivery / Collection

 

·        Orders places by 12.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day, or made ready for collection, subject to items being in stock

·        Orders placed after 12.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday will be dispatched or made ready for collection the following day subject to items being in stock

·        Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday, unless it is a Public Holiday subject to items being in stock
